Noor Al-Bayan rule is the first step for the learner of the Arabic language and the Holy Quran, this course is suitable for beginners as in this course the student learns Arabic letters and their movements, then the rules of the tide and other rules that help the student to master reading in Arabic with a lot of practice on examples from the Holy Quran and Arabic language books.
